Coggins Alert!

Due to increase incidents of Equine Encephilitis, West Nile and other contagious equine diseases, all participants to any SNHDCTA event will be required to submit a recent valid negative Coggins test prior to the event. Any participants who do not produce this information prior to the event will not be allowed to disembark their horse at the event site. This policy will be strictly enforced to insure the safety and well being of all participating horses. Please note that State Police in NH and ME are particularly watchful of horse trailers and will stop and inspect horse trailers at any time to check for a Coggins test. If you cannot produce a recent valid Coggins test your horse will be impounded and quarantined until a recent and valid and negative Coggins test can be produced. It is the wish of SNHDCTA for all to have a pleasant event experience. Please don't overlook this.
